Chocolate Tasting at La Maison du Chocolat
The La Maison Du Chocolat tasting will begin with an introduction to chocolate - from growing to the finished product. You will then learn how to properly "taste” chocolate. This is similar to a wine tasting only with chocolate. Through a sampling of 6 different chocolates you will receive an understanding for the many personalities of cacao, proper tasting techniques as well as how to differentiate quality chocolate from the rest.
We will then prepare and taste La Maison Du Cholocat’s signature ganache. Each participant will leave with a special chocolate gift as well as a recipe for the ganache prepared during the class.
